Dear Business Owners and Group Administrators:
Yesterday a new delay in the roll-out of the Affordable Care Act was announced by the Department of Health and Human Services. For those small business owners who wanted to enroll their businesses through the Exchange in seek of tax credits, the Exchange application process will be delayed. You will be able to compare plans but not move into the application finalization process until at least the November 1st.
This will not change the individual Exchange which will open as scheduled on Tuesday, October 1st.
